This gives me such a headache. I think I'm just going to buy a Thursday, cross my fingers and toes for a Turnstile aftershow, and then buy a Saturday for cheap if that doesn't pan out. That day sure as shit isn't going to sell out. Saturday always sells out first though.... Maybe I'll eat my words who knows. I do think Turnstile will do an aftershow though.

I just checked out the ticket page - there are bundle options this year that make single days cheaper if you buy more than one. $125 for a single day if you buy one or $110 if you buy 2-3, fees included.

I feel like Saturday was the weak day last year too (Tyler and Marshmello), and as someone who comes from out of town and likes packing in aftershows and Chicago activities, I oddly appreciated it? Got to roll in late and leave early, not feel too committed to going hard. It's going to cause some serious conflicts the other days though.

This year I think there's enough to keep in for Saturday till close. Worst case scenario for me is i'll get drunk at Kygo.

That day sure as shit isn't going to sell out. Surprised you aren't doing Friday for Dua There isn't much else that day that I want to see that I wouldn't rather see in a smaller venue and will have a million opportunities to do so in the future (Wet Leg, Royal Blood, RBCF, etc). Also my fiance is at a bachelorette party that weekend so what am I gonna do dance to Dua by myself like a crazy person? (Yes that's exactly what I'd do). I guess if I ever want to see her though this is probably the cheapest option and will be a party. I'd just squad up with the board and let loose. You might have talked me into it.

Not that I usually care about Perry's stage, but who is headlining that stage on Sunday? Kid Laroi? Denzel Curry? Kid Laroi my first guess I hope it's him and not Charli. I mean I still see her if it comes to it, but I would be bummed to miss Green Day.

Please god please let them book 100 Gecs > Metallica on the South Stage pleeeaassee It will be Billy Strings> Metallica which also is a vibe lol I'm now worried about 100 Gecs being the grove stage headliner during Metallica, because that is absolutely something this festival would do to me personally

I'm gonna see Metallica but wow does this look ugly stretched out over 4 days It's always been crap since they took a decent three day festival and stretched it out to four days. Ugh. I want to see Metallica, Dua Lipa, and Charli XCX, but I do not want to go to three days.

8/ 5/ 4/ 4
I'll still volunteer for this, probably Saturday will be the night that I have to work, or Friday. Will depend on the aftershows.
Guessing now Wet Leg at the Bottle Friday night, and Charli at Metro Saturday night.

Guessing now Wet Leg at the Bottle Friday night, and Charli at Metro Saturday night. Ooh. Good call on Wet Leg. That, along with the fact that all the footage I've seen of Dua Lipa live has not been impressive, is good reason for me to likely skip that day. Is Metro really the size for Charli's audience now? I can't tell. Beach Bunny is also probably a good bet for an aftershow.

Really doubt Wet Leg does a Friday aftershow. They're at Mo Pop in Detroit on Saturday and will probably be on earlier in the day there.

Definitely for Beach Bunny too. LH would be nice for them.

2&3-day bundles are available this year and 1-days have 0 fees. They must be hurting for sales big time

If they are hurting for sales they might wanna consider booking a lineup that folks with buying power would pay for

If they are hurting for sales they might wanna consider booking a lineup that folks with buying power would pay for No one is apparently going to multi-genre festivals besides Coachella anymore. Roo ticket sales are awful and Pitchfork hasn't even sent one sell out warning yet.

Saturday always sells out first though.... Maybe I'll eat my words who knows. I do think Turnstile will do an aftershow though. If you’re desperate to see them again you could always consider going to the Milwaukee show next month. I’m toying with the idea myself
