Also Friday and Saturday are truly all time bad. I don’t know how they let this happen. I think Dua alone saves Friday to an extent. Wet Leg > Genesis Owusu is something. But woooof at everything else. For a certain crowd (read: younger than me) King Princess > Girl in Red is huge but I'm really not into this strain of "I take antidepressants" pop, so... yeah. Not into Muna? |

Billy Strings leading into Metallica is just terrific. Truly the only interesting thing about this festival is if Billy can win over the Metallica stans up front. I think he can pull it off, but it won't be easy. Is Billy Strings allowed to work the snakepit? |

a Beach Bunny aftershow seems like a strong possibility, right?
They play Sunday and have Mo Pop in Detroit Saturday, but the rest of the festival is blocked off on their schedule....with my luck, they'll do a Wednesday night preshow while I'm not in town yet.

Turnstile is going to be the clusterfuck of the festival. Gonna wait on aftershows but it sure looks like I’m only gonna go Thursday as it stands. This is gonna be worse than the fucking nightmare that was Greta Van Fleet > Brockhampton on the grove I'm not sure about that. Turnstile's tent was only like half full at Coachella |
