You can probably expect some crossovers from the following fests:

I'm guessing Glass Animals get the 5 - 8 slot headlining bump this year. Their crowd at Firefly last year was probably the biggest of the weekend and they've always done well with the Lolla set. Can't add them to the chart without more intel of course, but they feel like a lock.
Phoebe, Charli, Remi Wolf, and 100 Gecs would also make a lot of sense too, though I could see Pitchfork taking Charli or Gecs.

Feel pretty confident that Dua Lipa and Billie are two of the south field headliners. Beyond that no idea. Imagine Dragons tour skips Chicago so that's gross.

The imagine dragons tour is definitely concerning but to me, it would be so fucking weird for them to get booked for this festival at this point, even more so than Bruno Mars or Journey or and of the other recent headliners geared towards a specific brand of older crowd.

After Imagine Dragons basically killed Wayhome Festival a few years back, I thought they'd stay far, far away from the topline of anything but Hangout or Bottlerock. But then I remembered this fest booked Journey last year and they are apparently playing Lolla Paris. Gross. Maybe the rock headliner scene is just that bad this year...
And yeah, Billie and Dua seem incredibly likely. Billie is overdue and Dua's schedule and LN ties would suggest she's coming (plus she was rumored to be booked for 2020).
Bleachers tour lacks a Chicago date and ends in Upstate NY on July 29th, the first day of Osheaga. So I'd imagine they're playing that and perhaps back to the states for Sunday at Lolla. It's a bit tight though.

Id be shocked if twenty one pilots played. They skip Chicago on this tour probably because they just played like 4 shows in Chicago at the end of 2021.
But definitely think these acts are probable: Phoebe - P4k last year, playing other fests including Lolla SAs Glass Animals - Playing 2 Midwest shows Lollapalooza weekend Kid Laroi - Skips Chicago on tour that starts like a day after lolla Bleachers - Tour skips Chicago ends lolla weekend Chelsea Cutler - Tour skips Chicago Dua Lipa/Asap rocky - Headlining Osheaga Billie - Tour ends right before Lolla, only major without a headlining set from her.

A$AP Rocky will forever be the father of Rihanna’s child and therefore gets to headline any festival he wants.

Idles are skipping Chicago on their September tour of the US They could really end up at any of the 3 big ones, although I haven't seen the date list to cross off P4k or Riot

Idles are skipping Chicago on their September tour of the US They could really end up at any of the 3 big ones, although I haven't seen the date list to cross off P4k or Riot They're on the east coast during Riot Fest but there's a gap where they could play Chicago in between Detroit and Toronto. Would be weird routing though. 08/27-28 — Pasadena, CA @ This Ain’t No Picnic 08/30 — Phoenix, AZ @ The Van Buren 09/01 — Dallas, TX @ The Factory in Deep Ellum 09/02 — Kansas City, MO @ The Truman 09/03 — Milwaukee, WI @ Riverside Theater 09/04 — Detroit, MI @ The Fillmore Detroit 09/07 — Toronto, ON @ History 09/09 — Cleveland, OH @ Agora Theatre 09/12 — Newport, KY @ PromoWest Pavilion at OVATION 09/13 — Pittsburgh, PA @ Stage AE 09/14 — Washington, DC @ The Anthem 09/15 — Brooklyn, NY @ Kings Theatre 09/17 — Boston, MA @ Roadrunner

Could see Big Sean playing as well. Yeah, no Dayglow. I don't know about Big Sean either. He hasn't really done anything that noteworthy since he last played in 2017, and his brand of rap doesn't really sync up with the current trends. Maybe he's a lead-in for J Cole if he headlines, but he could also just be a hometown booking for the Detroit crowd at Mo Pop. Beach Bunny could easily slot into Pitchfork, Riot Fest or Lolla, but given how their dates are lining up, I would say Lolla seems most likely. As I said after the Iowa festival announced, I've been pretty certain Glass Animals are going to headline the north stage. This billing at Mo Pop makes that seem inevitable.
