Vocals seem way low in the mix I'm in the front so they're decently audible but they just don't sound good. Weird because I liked their new album. |

I thought PJ was my favorite set of the weekend until Tribe

Day two was better. Lines didn't seem quite as bad and everything just seemed better logistically. Also the day was set to set. Vagabon was solid, I fucking loved that Jeff Rosenstock set, Cherry Glazzer is ok, Arab Strap was pretty good, George Clinton was the best, The Feelies were great, PJ Harvey was great, and Tribe killed it. Also saw way more sets with the board which was fun
Unfortunately have to fly out this morning so I'm not going to the fest. Had a great time seeing everyone though, sorry to those I didn't get to say bye to. It was a good time, hope to be back in Chicago soonish

I agree day 2 was much better logistically. I arrived around 3:30 and walked right in through the main entrance. Even the beer/porto lines were greatly reduced, which made the overall festival experience so much better.

Well they moved the ID check back inside of the festival which I think I helped the entrance lines move much faster.

I think a few things factored in to the line reduction. The second entrance, moving ID check inside as CG mentioned, people's arrival was probably more spread out on Saturday vs Friday, and I imagine many people had drink tickets left over from Friday (I know I did). I'll be starting late afternoon today with Hamilton, looking forward to day 3! |
