While I like the idea of TikTok keeping overrated pop stars music off the airwaves, having worked in conjunction with the parent company I believe they are run by incompetent morons and might be doing Facebook levels of damage to the world at large.

I was a hater for a long time but have recently found a lot of joy in it. Have to be careful, I tend to limit myself to sub 20 minutes of it a day because the endless scrolling could easily rot my brain, but it can be fun

I don’t have a TikTok because I can’t be arsed to add and keep up with another fucking social media app. There are two people who share videos with me and some of them are funny.

For some reason I can’t not listen to anything with the automated voice that reads scripted text with the odd cadence and emphasis. I’d enjoy having that available to me without a TikTok.
