I think one of the biggest shocks of the year is they actually gave the Hold Steady an 8.0. Didn't think I'd see that again.

he got one for Barter 6 and Jeffrey, but I enjoyed Beautiful Thugger Girls. Haven't given this one a listen yet.
Also, IRT to the Hold Steady, this is the first overly positive review of a Hold Steady album in over a decade (2008).
