People are comparing it to Drake's set ad one of the worst headliner performances at Coachella. Yikes. Damn, some of the reviews from folks in attendance sound bizarre. Super late, weirdly reworked arrangements, a mid-show 15 minute DJ set, some rando kid singing an entire song, lip-syncing throughout. Like, wtf? Gonna seek out a recording this afternoon and see. |

Hilarious to watch outlets like CoS spin this. It was a bad set lmao. Oh well Chris and Bjork were fantastic. I feel bad for the people who spent so much just to see Frank, but I had a great weekend. Just a bummer of ending.

Sounds like it was an experience, I guess... Having not seen any of it, just the descriptions bring back memories of Outkast letting Future do a 20 min set in the middle of their first show back at Coachella years ago. If I recall correctly they didn't do that on weekend 2

Final day went down like this: Los Bitchos. IDK. Sleaford Mods. Romy (partial). Weyes Blood. Rae Sremmund. Bjork. Frank Ocean
I don’t know what to add to the Frank discussion. Dad described it as “discombobulated”, which feels right. I didn’t hate it but it was certainly not great.
Sleaford Mods was not what I was expecting. Didn’t realize they were completely preprogrammed. One dude pushed a button on the laptop and then danced around the rest of the song while the other “sang”.
Everything else was good to great.
