Durant doesn't really have any leverage here. He's signed for the next four years and doesn't have a No Trade Clause
I guess he can refuse to play if it's somewhere he doesn't like, but that's about it

The Nets will take the best deal they can get. Trading for Ayton could be pretty appealing though.

OKC would be great because it'd be for a million picks and young players meaning the Nets would be bad and that's great but that won't happen
According to Bobby Marks, Ayton S&T for KD is really unlikely to happen. They can still make salaries work with Bridges, Crowder, and Saric though and they have all their picks tradeable, so they could do that and 4 picks and a swap to Brooklyn (I'd say 3 swaps, but Houston owns the '24 and '26 picks so itd be useless in those years)
I like a potential Portland package a lot. They could offer Anfernee Simons, Shaedon Sharpe, and 3 firsts
edit- I guess Simons is a RFA so that would maybe have to be a S&T, that complicates it

I just can't see Brooklyn trading him and not getting an actual young star back.

Bulls are signing Andre Drummond apparently.
Also Andre Drummond is only 28 even though it feels like he's been playing in the NBA for 25 years.

welp :–(
Oklahoma City Thunder rookie Chet Holmgren will miss the 2022-2023 season because of a Lisfranc injury to his right foot, the team announced Thursday.
Holmgren, the No. 2 overall pick in this year's NBA draft, suffered the injury early in the CrawsOver Pro-Am event while defending LeBron James on a fast break.

Next Cavs season about to be exciting as hell. I firmly have a 1A, 1B fandom with the Cavs and Knicks, so this is cool.

Plus sexton plus Lauri plus some other guy plus some pick swaps Agbaji is honestly awesome. One of my favorite players in this draft. And I refuse to accept that Collin Sexton is bad. I will wait 20 years for his breakout. What a haul for the Jazz, but a true win-win trade IMO. Mobley/Mitchell/Garland is super fun.

Tim Donaghy doc on Netflix was a good watch. Forgot how David stern basically shut down the FBI to investigate his own league and, surprise, everything else was fine!

Rumors ramping up that the NBA may be adding expansion teams in Seattle and Vegas, some rumors even saying it could be announced this month. That could be fun
One West team would have to move to the East, I'd imagine either Minnesota or Memphis would be the prime candidates
