I'm surprised to see No Age, Arctic Monkeys, Jack White, and Young Fathers on there. The last No Age album got a 6.0, and Jack White hasn't exactly been in their favor since the White Stripes split. Still, a lot of of stuff I'm excited for as well on here.

Same on AM. I loved the last album, but the sound they've been hammering at since Homme started producing has run it's course. Especially with him being kind of an omen lately. I'll still listen. 


For Jack White, I haven't liked anything since Icky Thump that much. His first solo record had some good songs but overall it was forgettable, and Lazaretto was... eh. Did you listen to the sampler track on Spotify? It's just a mesh of everything on the album and it actually makes me very hopeful.
