Security check was ridiculous. They just took each credit card out of my wallet and looked in each slot. Then turned it upside down and shook it. Both days, they just poked a few fingers around my bag and patted me down. You must have gone in the bad line...also, stop by camp and say hi at some point.

Moses Sumney song that sounded like Tame Impala was absolute basura. This might be the worst p4k day ever.

In fairness to the morons on this board people were mad because they were bad not because they were small

I thought Moses Sumney sounded great on Couchfork. Hope he comes through soon in a smallish venue and I'm not too lasagna to check him out

Raphael Saddiq was embarrassingly bad after just 15 minutes. Begging the crowd to make nosie for his weak ass space jam. “This is the city of soul and I hear none.” After 10 minutes of ambient noodles where there was no soul. Rest of his set was basically something you could see literally any day of the week at a blues club in Chicago for $10.
He should have just played off his last two albums.

Raphael Saadiq was outrageously good. Blood Orange was very good but not as good as 2016.
The Japandroids beer is also very good and I should probably stop double fisting them?

I've been saving the Japandroids beer labels (very easy to rip off). It's a sweet design

That Raphael saadiq post might be the worst in the history of the board.
The only thing better was this heat’s set which was unbelievable good

Fuck yeah, fleet foxes must be playing a “surprise” set at Douglas Park, cuz there were just some “surprise” fireworks being set off as I got off the train. Surprise!

Fleet Foxes were fine, small crowd. Wish I had done This Heat instead of Blood Orange. Dev was great, but it wasn't as good as 2016.

I left after the first song for Fleet Foxes. Overall, Saturday was a better lineup than Friday

Circuit De Yuex, Raphael Saadiq, This is not This Heat and War on Drugs were all great (especially WoD hot damn) but everything else I saw was really exceptionally bad. Like normally alot of the p4k stuff hits a middle ground and instead it was just horrible.
