Spring is here, when a young person’s heart turns to love and brackets. Yup, it’s time for Bracketpalooza.
This time around, the poster will do a lot of the heavy lifting. The nice and tidy daily breakdown will be the basis for our 4 regions. The top 17 names per day will be part of the tournament. If a “bigger” band is left off, blame C3, Huston, Perry, or Live Nation.
The Final Four matchups are:
THURSDAY winner vs. SUNDAY winner
FRIDAY winner (it better be Dua Lipa or else) vs. SATURDAY winner
You can vote for whomever you want, for any reason you want. It doesn’t have to be based on who had the better performance.
The festivities begin on March 1. I’ll try to post a few new brackets each weekday. They’ll be open for 24 hours. Ties go to the higher (better) seed only through the Sweet 16. Elite 8, Final Four and Championship brackets that end in ties will go to a 6-hour sudden death.
The winner captures the illustrious Electric Boogaloo Memorial Trophy.
