It looks like I didn't make it very far two years ago and didn't try at all last year. But I might go a day or two this year so i'm gonna try again. We will see. I've been sleeping weird

I tried to get an update on Sleddin' Duby but the last video uploaded to his YouTube page was a video he secretly recorded of his mom yelling at him for four minutes for not brushing his teeth. It is my personal Skinamarink. I am thinking about Duby and I hope and pray he is well out there.

I saw Pony Bradshaw at Carol's a few weeks ago and the venue was packed with a lot of big ten frat kids which doesn't really make sense for the literate/jammy/vibey country he plays but I guess that is Country's Isbell/Bryan effect in action. Regardless, maybe that explains why he is playing Lolla. Exceptional artist, exceptional show and one of my favorite albums of the year if you happen to be at lollapalooza at 10am on a Thursday.

Lesley Reynaga: Pleasingly lo-fi for a 2023 lollapalooza act but also not a whole lot from the assorted YouTube videos to really say one way or the other

Arath Herce: It's sort of like if Manuel from Dekkar fronted Mumford and Sons which is decidedly not for me but I think he kind of unlocks Bob Dylans 'the sex idiot' persona better than just about anyone ever has other the man himself here.
Isabel LaRosa: wikipedia suggested this would be a god fearing billie eilish but instead its just a boring one
