I finally met Zach12 at the Cobra Lounge Bash & Pop show on January 14 which was super cool. We were also standing near a woman who claimed she went on a date with Reince Priebus while in college and supported her claim with photos.

Doso and Mrs. Doso gave me an incredible beer tour of Brooklyn. Got to meet up with Thissy, too. That was a highlight of our NYC trip.
And yeah, I'll second neader flooding his place with a spilled beer.

oh shit. yeah my impromptu trip to NYC and partying with thissy, goodson, wampire, etc. was a fucking blast.
huge shout out to both thissy and wampire for hooking me up with some free concerts and beers too.

I met some boarders this year, most of them by accident. Struck up a conversation with a guy in a crowd at Lolla, as one does, looked at my phone to see that the description Pale Horse gave of himself was pretty much exactly the same as the guy standing next to me. Introduced myself, and was then introduced to concertgoer and claypoolfan. Also met teekoh before Fleet Foxes back in October. All of you are really nice! It’s been really fun getting involved in this community here! I don’t have a lot of people around me who are into the same weird shit that I am so it’s great to have a board full of people who also enjoy it!

I don’t have a lot of people around me who are into the same weird shit that I am so it’s great to have a board full of people who also enjoy it! this is pretty accurate for me. my taste in music is not shared by many of my friends to this is a welcome refuge. i've met a few of you guys at random shows and the fest, and everyone has been really nice. it's why i visit this board everyday. favorite moments: -arguing over the validity of the CoS report of the weeknd dropping out and the killers being on c3 speed dial -numerous beer bets that took place (but prob weren't paid) on blink playing the fest -fivehole giving me a presale code for nin in las vegas (awesome show btw) -different people sharing presale codes for aftershows and other concerts (happens every year but muchas gracias) |

I think my favorite board moment was a bunch of us going to that free Carly Rae Jepsen show with the M&Ms and getting at least five strangers in the door using boardies' names (and then those strangers buying us a bunch of drinks inside thereby becoming new best friends)
