I thought the highest seed was declared the winner in the case of a tie.

I thought the highest seed was declared the winner in the case of a tie. It was, but this year I made that rule applicable only through the Sweet 16. Elite 8, Final 4, and Championships games get the tiebreaker if needed. |

I'm voting Beach Bunny based on the killer SubT aftershow...didn't actually see them at the fest. I also love Green Day though.

I missed the elite 8 votes, but i'll be voting for Green Day in the tiebreaker . Their metro aftershow was an all timer
