The main thing I took from that article is Mexican Summer's "zero tolerance" policy was a lot more of a "lets have some tolerance" policy. Not surprising of course, but fuck that.

yes! that article mentions the ex-girlfriend sent a letter directly to mexican summer this past july detailing the abuse. and what did mexican summer spend 2020 doing? embarking on a reissue campaign of ariel's early records, complete with special editions only available via a subscription. why did they only drop him last week when these allegations seem way worse, and in fact were at least partially reported in like 2017 at least. hopefully they respond to it.

the mickey callaway update today is pretty damning especially for the indians. but i think it was an odd choice to focus so much on a consensual affair rather than the gobs of predatory and creepy antics.
