Curious if any of these guys proactively came forward with confessions if that would help the movement at all. Huge PR risk, but we can only assume more reveals are coming.

People keep saying that it should have been easy for this girl to put up a fight and get out of this situation but you know what’s easier? Fucking respecting the word no, and not put anyone in the situation where you validate their fear of men in the fucking first place. Hearing the word “no” is the entirety of the signal and reason it takes to stop a sexual encounter. It doesn’t mean maybe later. Maybe if you ask more. Maybe if you ask differently. Maybe if you expect it from them they’ll give it to you. Anyone who doesn’t know that or respect that is inherently and objectively in the wrong, and anyone who rubs their dick on a woman’s ass after she says no is participating in sexual assault. It’s so easy to listen to the word no. It’s not always easy to escape from people who don’t respect it. There’s a clear source of the problem here. It's really clear when broken down in black and white.

He was pretty vague and then nothing came out, but he basically said his attitude towards women and his position of power was starting to become problematic so he was putting the band on hold and seeking out counseling.

The Michael Douglas one raised a very good question that I've been wondering - when did it become a thing to masturbate in front of people? I suppose I'm kind of traditional in the fact that I'd rather masturbate in private, and not in front of a stranger or an employee or my secretary or a McDonalds worker or even domesticated animals.

In a courtroom in Lansing, Michigan, on Tuesday, women molested by former gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar spoke to the ways his actions have weighed on them over the years.
Nassar has pleaded guilty to 10 counts of criminal sexual conduct in two counties in Michigan and has also already been sentenced to 60 years for child pornography charges. Tuesday was the first of what is expected to be several days of testimony from almost 100 victims and parents as part of Nassar’s sentencing. Nassar, who was the team doctor for USA Gymnastics for around two decades, would digitally penetrate young gymnasts under the guise of medical treatment, according to his victims. Others testified he masturbated in front of them and touched them with his genitals.
Some of the most prominent gymnasts in the U.S. have come forward to say they also were molested by Nassar, including Olympians Aly Raisman, Gabby Douglas, McKayla Maroney, and Simone Biles.

The coverup everyone has been trying to pull on this is horrific.

What's that thing, where if the headline is phrased as a question, the answer is always "no"?

Oh fuck the Atlantic. Read up on Caitlin Flanagan too. She’s a nutcase. As are countless other Atlantic staff writers. Still, all of her points about Babe and the terrible bratty attitude the author of the Aziz piece has seemed valid to me.

I'm not sure I agree with Flanagan's points, but I do think Babe's approach to the story and the author's attitude seriously damage their own credibility.

The WWE has officially "released" superstar Enzo Amore in the wake of allegations he raped a woman in Arizona back in October.
The company issued a statement saying, "WWE has come to terms on the release of Eric Arndt (Enzo Amore)."
As we previously reported, the accuser went public with her story on Monday -- claiming Enzo and two friends got her "f*cked up" in a Phoenix hotel room and Enzo raped her.
The woman filed a report with the Phoenix P.D. Cops are actively investigating.

Basically: Multiple people told me my past behavior towards women was an issue. I am shocked that so many women had an issue with my past behavior.
Fuck this guy.

Also "some of my best friends are women"? Really dude? In 2018?

Honestly with the donation screenshot (!!!!) and the "some of my best friends are..." posturing, it almost reads like satire
