So is Robert gonna do all of the 2020 US festivals he hasn't hit yet? I really don't want to go to Shaky Knees to see him, but not sure there is gonna be a proper tour, so maybe? Ugh.

Robert has said there will be a new Cure album for like the last 7 years. I’ll believe it when I see it.

I don't think it's been so definitive until now. I really do expect new Cure music next year.

not putting any stock in anything until the actual lineup drops, but some iteration of 2 out of The Cure, The Strokes, NIN, and MMJ would be an insanely strong start for this fest.
but we'll see. i don't believe it's ever actually "sold out" until the week of so i'm not worried about grabbing a ticket later if need be.

I’d consider going to Atlanta for the Cure and MMJ with a decent undercard. Especially if KOL were Sunday and I could snag an evening flight home.

They've definitely had better lineups but for a two hour drive I'm more than happy with this. Be nice if I don't have to go on Friday. The Strokes, Smashing Pumpkins who I still haven't seen, Phoebe, Snail Mail, YYYs who I haven't seen, and Joan Jett for Sat/Sun please.

That’s a solid lineup, but I’ll stick with Homecoming because High Violet, it being a cheaper trip and less time off.

That's a pretty solid lineup that I'd like a lot better with a better Friday or Saturday headliner. But also there are much much worse options they could have went with at the same time than both the Black Keys and Pumpkins so I can't hate on that too much, and I know this fest has aftershows every night. so yeah, that's fine. I don't see myself going

Man, flights are so cheap and the undercard is so good but the headliners just do nothing for me. If the Cure replaced any of those three I'd be booking my trip this morning.
