If it got moved again I would not be surprised if some agents rescinded their acts on a lack of faith that the festival would occur. There are too many bands on this that would get downright fucked if Riot ends up with egg on their face too late in the game; nonrefundable expenses of transporting / housing people and gear that wouldn’t be offset by a guarantee. Catastrophic for smaller acts and not worth the risk if they can recoup anything they’ve spent.
The point of no return is likely within the next 14-20 days.

The point of no return is likely within the next 14-20 days. loveless just cancelled their entire US tour after both openers bowed out (due to allegations on twitter from the singe's behavior in 2018) and suicidal Tendencies is booked for Riot Fest and New England Metal Fest for the same day... so I'm expecting a few changes to the lineup tomorrow morning (but could be a lot of changes if agents rescinded) |

If I can get deluxe tickets for 20% off like I think this is saying I can I have nothing to complain about on this. Just read the fine print and it's capped at $100 for both parties involved. So at current prices it would still be over $900 for a 3 day deluxe I can apparently upgrade my presale VIP to deluxe for $600. 🤔 |
