Where does the time go? If it's March, it's time for Bracketpalooza. It's the standard game you know and love. 68 acts from the Lolla 2023 are placed into a bracket and do battle, with the winner earning the prestigious Electric Boogaloo Memorial Trophy.
I made a few minor adjustments over last year. First, I used the initial lineup poster, not the daily breakdown, so the acts are spread across regardless of what day they played. Next, any Perry's act that played before 4 pm (approximately) was left out. That did affect the bottom of the brackets slightly. But let's face it, lower-level Perry's acts almost never win, so I'm hoping this change creates more competitive matchups.
The four #1 seeds and their regions are:
Los Angeles: Kendrick Lamar (overall 1)
More Los Angeles: Billie Eilish (overall 2)
Californication: RHCP (overall 3)
Not Los Angeles: Odesza (overall 4)
The Los Angeles region winner faces the Not LA region winner ,while the More LA region winner faces the Californication region champion in the Final Four.
Vote for whomever you wish, using any criteria you'd like. Polls will be open for 24 hours. In the event of a tie the better seed will advanced.
