Honestly Markannen is kind of the sort of dude you should want to find during a rebuild so if no really good offers were on the table I totally get re-signing him, although it'll make it harder to tank.
Some of the recent rookie extensions surprise me more. Like I don't think Evan Mobley and Franz Wagner are necessarily max players? But I guess any one you draft high that performs remotely well now gets a max extension huh?
