If it’s possible to do 12 teams while a) still keeping spots for all the board members who want to play and b) not upsetting any IRL relationships, I’d be in favor of that vs 14 teams.

If we the people have no one amongst us willing to take the 12th spot, then Mr. Moxyfop is down to participate.
Draft day: I'll throw out Tuesday, Oct. 15 or Wednesday, Oct. 16. Or we can do a last minute thing again on Monday, Oct. 21.
