I got stuck when I went in a similar looking place, Neader. It was in Tennessee, I was on my high school senior trip, and my pants/underwear came off as I pulled my way through and half of my classmates saw my ass

yeah there was a bit on reddit the other day about how he could build a submarine for the kids and when i see a tunnel this size i'm thinking that's a pretty dumb idea  when they make a movie about all this it better be called How Divers Swim with Boys |

for years i've always gotten a queasy feeling when i'd be in/around a swimming pool (but fine in a lake/ocean) and could see the drain at the bottom of the pool.
i told my folks this 10 or so years ago and they said "hmm, well it could've been because you were floating face down and almost drowned when you were 4 and we had to drag you out of the pool and pump water out of you..."
that would've been nice to know at some point earlier in my life.

It was in Tennessee, I was on my high school senior trip, and my pants/underwear came off as I pulled my way through and half of my classmates saw my ass I was white water rafting in Ecuador during a communtiy service trip in high school and the guy leading the rafting told us that we could ride the upcoming rapid on our backs and I was one of a couple people who decided to do it. The guy leading the trip knew very little english and didn't really give us any instructions other than to STAY RIGHT. Well, i hit a current in the rapid that took me left and was thrown thru a rapid that was a higher classification than the one that I was supposed to go down. My life jacket became basically useless as I was flailing through underwater, not being able to breathe and hitting rock after rock (thankfully had a helmet) and had basically just persumed I was going to die. When I finally was pulled above water at teh end of teh rapid I looked around and there was no boat around me and I figured I was lost. the water was pretty low at this point so I could almost feel the ground when all of the sudden the rafts appeared and they stopped and waited for me to swim forward. I was so relieved as I had basically gone thru every moment of fear. They lifted me out of the water when I realized that during this process my swim trunks had fallen off me thru this process and I was completely naked other than a life jacket. I immediately yelled PUT ME BACK IN THE WATER and somehow through the grace of god my swim trunks caught my foot in the slow tide post rapid after a couple minutes of looking. |

It's a lot to digest in unsurprising news the entirety of the internet has already leaped to some pretty dumb commentary from anywhere between "he must be revealed as Finn's father" because each trilogy can only have 1 unique black character or "they're just gonna kill him off" because everyone thinks every show is now game of thrones. |

I thought Last Jedi did a good job of redeeming Rey but boy is Finn terrible in that movie and his character is i guess a bit better in the first but it doesn't make any sense.

I think they need to keep Finn strong for IP purposes so they can do a Finn origin story reboot 20 years from now with Drake's son playing Finn
