You're going to be spending most of your time in line, drinking rare BCBS variants than listening to music so it doesn't bother me. I've gone the last 3 years, lines always move fast (except the Hot Doug's line in 2015). I've never had a problem watching the sets I want to see. |

i swear UA has been telling everyone how great it is cause the lines move fast.
unless he means he's gonna be in line all night just constantly getting drinks instead of seeing music -- which i would probably be doing as well honestly.

i swear UA has been telling everyone how great it is cause the lines move fast. unless he means he's gonna be in line all night just constantly getting drinks instead of seeing music -- which i would probably be doing as well honestly. this is what I meant. me and bird were gone by the time White Denim got on stage. too much bcbs. |

I've never been to Goose Island Block Party. I imagine a free Animal Collective show will be absolutely packed?

Whoa that saves me a trip down to Urbana. I've never been to Goose Island Block Party. I imagine a free Animal Collective show will be absolutely packed? Saturday has sold out the last two years, so I advise showing up early in the afternoon if you want to make sure you get in. |

I don't have a ticket for Sturgill yet. Having trouble convincing myself that there's any way it'll be better than the show we saw last year.

Having trouble convincing myself that there's any way it'll be better than the show we saw last year. it probably won't be but supposedly he was fantastic opening for GNR last month with i believe the same lineup he's going to be touring with. The shows he's doing with John Prine in little 400 person venues across ireland right now will probably be better than the show you saw however. |
