Chvrches- Had 2 good songs like 10 years ago and have since only existed to be a non-confrontational indie opener for a fading pop star tour.

I was given tickets to WCGI Big Jam at the United Center in December and can confirm Lil Uzi does a fairly standard pop rap set. Also can confirm that the audience lost their minds more during the Uzi set then during the Chris Brown set.

Camila Cabello Her album rules and this set will rule too and is probably one of those only reasons to buy a single day
Per Fer I love how he negotiated his Vegas contract so he didn't have to go to Lolla this year but still decided to be booked so that he can make sure those anarchists in the Arctic Monkeys dont try to play the good and/or interesting rock music they have literally never played in tehir careers but are dying to.

Rebelution I'd listen to 30 fucking hours of Rebeloution before I listened to a Catfish and the Bottlemen song again. At least this bullshit is genuinely bad. Like the dude is in cargo shorts and a gap t shirt singing about needing to be a better friend like he's on the She's All That soundtrack while the band plays serviceable bar band reggae that only is congruous because of the singer using some beach metaphors, and they have amassed some sort of following and wealth good for Rebeloution accepting mediocrity and deciding to strive its an inspiration to all talentless genuine people.
Lykke Li is one of the most underrated artists of the 21st century despite being very popular obviously. I hadn't heard this "Time in a Bottle" cover that lolla linked to and now im crying at my desk hell yeah. Prayin' 4 a metro aftershow and some new music.
Chromeo Chromeo is the most inherently good band that I will never see live or listen to again. But it is dire times and Chromeo is good.

Luke Combs I like him because hes a big fat ugly guy so you assume he plays hard country but instead he just plays early 2000s pop country. Lollapalooza could theoretically do worse in the pop country world but thats not exactly a compliment.
Tycho Tycho, the official band of the guy smoking a cigarette outside at a party trying to make small talk since 2006
Playboi Carti made one of the best songs of all time and thats more than can be said about almost any other act on the lineup so i guess you have to watch him do adlibs while headlining perrys for 30 minutes

Franz Ferdindand I guess this is a good band guys I don't know. I cant listen to them but competent guitar music on this lineup is in such short supply at this rock festival.
Lil Pump - Gucci Gang/Gucci Gang/Gucci Gang/Gucci Gang/Gucci Gang/Gucci Gang is a significantly better lyric than anything Logic has ever released.

Haven't heard Tash but Rebelution seems to channel the pop sensibility of 311's radio ballads with the social earnestness of Dispatch. Like if someone was really into Michael Franti and Slightly Stoopid but also was actively trying to license their music for kombucha and energy water commercials.
