I discussed this a bit in the other thread, but how do people feel about me inviting some people to curate aspects of the festival? I'll give full credit on the poster! i.e. if irvred wants to book my comedy tent, etc. Just seems kind of fun, especially since I'll be recreating bonnaroo which has always been a big Board fest. Also also, this can help me actually fully fill the huge lineups Roo usually does. Thoughts? into it |

I've decided I'm taking over that terrible Columbus Fashion Meets Music Festival. It js now called Fashion * Meats * Music Festival and the demographic is people like me who want to listen to pop music and enjoy succulent ribflesh.

Brown County, Indiana
Target Audience: Ages 25-50, fans of guitars + camping (but with the goal to attract plenty of diverse, young music fans)
Other notes:
- Curated and put on by My Morning Jacket, near their hometown of Louisville, KY.
- Less than 4 hours driving from Indianapolis. Chicago, Louisville, Cincinnati, St. Louis, Nashville and Columbus.

I have zero design skills so my poster will be pathetic but I want in on this. Fest name subject to change because I can't think of a better one than an LCD album. details not so much
This is Happening
Location- Auditorium Shores in Austin, Tx and downtown Austin at night
Target audience- people who go to Pitchfork every year but hate this year's lineup, former attendees of fun fun fun fest
Size similar to Pitchfork and FFF Fest.
Regular festival at day, runs until 10 pm, then aftershows included with your ticket at various venues across downtown Austin
Basically fun fun fun fest reincarnated

Bonnaroo Location - Manchester Target Audience - People who get frustrated Bonnaroo isn't better Size - Bonnaroo Note: The lineup structure will be based of this years festival. My goal is to book every stage on the main schedule EXCEPT the Silent Disco, Solar Stage, and Around The Farm stuff (unless someone else would like to assist with any of these!). **Oh also we'll be doing the traditional comedy tent from years past as well. Looks like the comedy is just squeezed in at the Barn now? odd. Confirmed contributors in various forms: Irvred, Wretched, Rango, AVB, Pulp, Oshoney, maybe Xamnam... We have the main parts of the lineup pretty well covered by all of us at this point, but if you have any ideas of something you'd like to book/contribute, HMU! The more the merrier. |

also if your done bowling there will be a room with a TV that will show episodes of Home Movies and you can also get a manicure/pedicure/massage while you watch and theres a really good taco stand in the venue and all tacos are $2.00
