 Have been giving this semi-regular plays lately. Good time rock and roll music that I would kill to see live. Nothing as great as "Chevrolet Van" or "Feels Alright" from their last LP, but some very fun tracks here. RIYL: Daniel Romano, Kyle Craft, Cut Worms, and when Bob Weir plays "Good Lovin" in the second slot. |

The Chris Stapleton album is good not great, sonically it sounds different in the beginning and by the end it’s definitely more traditional radio country. The song about the dead dog is.....uh, well, adjust water pressure accordingly I guess

Even in the internet era it's a little wild to me how popular she got so quickly, but there's no doubt to me she's one of the best right now |

 I really dug the album this group put out last year and on first listen this one might be even better than that. "Birds Fly Through Ancient Ruins" and "Sing a Silent Gospel" are fuckin incredible |

 Have had an extremely challenging week (look for details in tomorrow' IDC Private thread!) - but this record has been a balm. Have listened to it at least once a day, often just looping the last four times. |
