And I love this show, but its run its course. Could be over and I wouldn't necessarily miss it after this season.

felt more like a series finale than a season finale to me, surprised they got renewed for another season with how neatly that wrapped up. I dono the whole season felt like a transition to big company pied piper w hich seems like the necessary second life this show needs to move beyond the same story cycle over and over I'm just not sure we needed a whole season to transition. I agree with the bolded part, but they sort of indicated that even as a bigger company, the only real conflicts we're seeing are Richard vs. Gavin; Gilfoyle vs. Dinesh; Jian-Yang vs. Erlich (which I admit was my favorite running joke of the season)...there was little to no character development whatsoever this season. Same old people and the same old jokes.

I'm with ya which is why it was necessary to put all of the characters in a completely different setting which it took all season to land on. Weird that people think that finally shaking it up is a finale note.

Weird that people think that finally shaking it up is a finale note. I mean every other season ended with a like "oh shit, we're done" moment and this is the first time we didn't get that in 5 seasons.

Just got to the season finale. I actually enjoyed it the most out of this season. Lol'd more than any other episode, especially the scenes of Dinesh and Jared in the park.
I hope they can move forward bc I would be interested in another season if they can move away from the tired formula. Season finale was a good start.

This started back up apparently, I just noticed browsing HBO. Not a bad start.

I think they did a terrific job wrapping up the finale. Ending with always blue was a treat. On the Silicon Valley subreddit Bill Gates actually posted a gif of him playing with a ball like that and keeping it on blue too, very cool
