There's no shortage of good za in Chicago. Here is a list of some places I like that specialize in different styles:
Piece
Bartoli's
Art of Pizza
Vito & Nick's
Pat's
Coalfire
Pizzaria Serio
Spacca Napoli
I haven't tried Pizza Friendly Pizza next to the Bottle yet, but I've heard good things (including on this very website).

Paulie Gee's and Dante's are both very good Dante's for NY Style PG's for more eclectic
If you want deep dish Art of Pizza isn't far if if they deliver to you or your willing to pick it up.

Lately just for a basic cracker crust pizza I have been into Rosati's but it is kinda expensive for what it is.

New Haven style is my favorite, and Piece is the place for that.
Art of Pizza is probably my main go-to for pizza, though. Glad you liked it.
