I was looking at their website and it seems pretty extensive in that regard. They have a mustard vending machine.

I had to shift mustard museum visit to today.
However.
What a great fucking time.
So the actual museum itself was just kinda cool. It was about what you expect a mustard museum to be except even a little bit quirkier. Mustards are separated by country and state, and there's a little movie playing in one section. There's also a quiz game that has almost nothing to do with mustard which is kinda funny. The whole thing has signs basically begging for money which makes sense because this place had to relocate from Mount Horeb to Middleton around 10 years ago or so. When you go back upstairs they have all kinds of different mustards. There were about 400 there and you can sample all of them. The staff was all really knowledgeable about the kinds of mustard. I asked a few questions and they were always able to point towards something like I was describing and then let me sample it. My friend who was with me asked them about a mustard with dill in it and the guy immediately said "which one? We have 8!".
Anyways, it was awesome and I came home with 3 different kinds of mustard. One is super spicy with a lot of horseradish in it, one is pretty spicy but not horseradish-y, and another is a pecan honey mustard that would go great with a soft pretzel or even as a glaze on pork or ham. All in all it was a great way to spend 45 minutes or so and I walked out with like $20 worth of mustard which is a lot less than I thought I would spend. I will definitely be returning for more mustards.

I had no idea it moved out of Mt Horeb! Middleton is sure a lot more convenient.

Been doing a lot of at home charcuterie lately and this is one of the few instances where I am pro mustard over mayo

Let me elaborate, by charcuterie board I am referring to the premade ones at Trader Joe's that are $5 for 5 oz and then buy some brie and gouda separately.

And no carbs, and like no preparation, and relatively cheap, and delicious. What more could you want?

We do charcuterie boards for holidays - there's a great market and cheese place near us. It's the best way to feel grown up and fancy.

We registered for a 3 foot board and it was one of the first things someone got us. Meats, cheeses, little toasts, mustards, it all fucking rules

and for our sauce folks.
when it comes to sauces, drip or drizzle? I am very heavily pro drizzle if possible.
