I've only read a quick summary, so I don't have any comments yet other than this looks super fucked up (if not surprising) on the surface. I did a quick look around and didn't see this posted anywhere, but let me know if it is and I'll delete the thread.

I can't tell (from the article) to what degree they're "recruiting" or encouraging scalpers (and it may be egregious, I'm not trying to stand up for TM) - but its obviously clear that they're interested in reaping the commissions of resold tickets, so why not turn a blind eye?

Disgusting.

Unfortunately the US government has made it pretty clear that if you don't like getting systematically fisted by the richest companies, you may unkindly find somewhere else to live / die.
