BFT definitely lived up to the hype and for that it's easily top 3 albums for this year.

It's got some wonderful tracks on it, but there's enough out already that topples it for me, but we'll see what it looks like at the end of the year.

teekoh - big fish theory is not among your top 85 albums for the first six months of 2017? Haven't listened to it enough to rank yet. Everything on there I listened to at least 3 times. Once I get around to ranking Big Fish Theory it'll be in the top 10 I imagine.

it's on my downloaded list for me to re-listen. i only tried it once and i honestly wasn't paying attention (probably at the gym) so it's at the bottom half of my list for now.
same thing happened with Aseethe for a while until i had some time relisten at work/home and digest it.

I was doing so well keeping up with stuff, but I've fallen way behind. Basically if you're a diehard Ride fan, or maybe a Ride Hard fan?, you'll enjoy it. But if you're just a casual shoegaze fan, you probably won't like it.

I do like Ride, but feel pretty ambivalent about most shoegaze, if I can paint with that wide of a brush.
