90s shoegaze/dream-pop group from Overland Park, KS. Found this courtesy of the recent Third Man Southeast of Saturn comp of midwestern shoegaze (it was blurbed in the latest issue of Maggot Brain). Absolutely hypnotizing track - RIYL: Spiritualized, Cocteau Twins, any of the music that Timbo likes

I think I will kick the project off going into Memorial Day weekend. Ballots open in late July. Rollout going into Labor Day weekend. Easy peasy right?

Fell down a dancehall rabbit hole this morning since I'm hoping to see Sister Nancy this weekend. Went through the P4k Top 50 genre list and am obsessed - love finding entirely new to me genres to explore. Anyways, this song blew me away. Dude's voice is amazing - unfortunately he passed away not long after (1988) at the age of 21.
