Kacey Musgraves and Gary Clark Jr are your first two
I don't think she quite gets a headlining bump but am I wrong to think Kacey could be the 7 or 8 name on this lineup?
Edit- I guess she's 9 at Lolla and I think her getting a slight bump higher at ACL which is a little more country friendly makes a lot of sense. Granted since Lolla went 4 days and has two extra headliners the 7 spot at ACL is kind of equivalent to the 9 at Lolla anyway
Why does fest billing interest me as much as it does? The world may never know

ACL is putting up lineup clues using those god damn blurry picture things that I can never see... But allegedly the one they posted this morning says Guns n Roses

ACL gets GNR Lolla gets Slash That’s some bullshit ACL has been getting better lineups than Lolla for years. This isn't surprising.

Riot Fest getting GnR has gone from like 1% to 5% in my head at this point although we'll have to see what their billing is at ACL to see if RF can really afford that shit if ACL somehow swung both GnR and Foos it'd be a case like last year where i probably talk myself into buying a ticket and then end up selling it and not going

Isn't this coming from the same source that discovered Grateful Dead albums 30 years after their expiration date?

Isn't this coming from the same source that discovered Grateful Dead albums 30 years after their expiration date? I mean, I got into the dead when I was around 11, which was when I started getting to music in general. Not exactly my fault that happened to be 2006 lol

My dream get for this fest has been and is still Bruce, which seems somewhat possible with the new album announced, but the way this new album sounds I feel like any tour he does this year is probably a stripped down theater thing which doesn't seem suited for a fest
I've been holding out hope that this'll happen for way too long now

This. 2014 Lolla looked bad at the time, but it had a ton of great undercard acts on the come up (Courtney Barnett, Blood Orange, Parquet Courts, Benjamin Booker, etc) + terrific subs. I was bummed when the lineup dropped, but it was a great weekend all around. Also, I'm a casual Avett Brothers fan at best, but watching that set while sitting on the hill in the pouring rain is one of my favorite memories from that year.

Time makes that lineup look better than it actuallly was. They billed Arctic Monkeys 4th and gave them a headlining slot way before they were big enough. AM was billed 9th and played a mid day What set at Bonnaroo two months prior.
