Is there a way to see this stuff without the obnoxious site?
Turnstile was my top artist. I only listed to 7.6 days worth of music which seems low...
If the playlist is in order of streams, my top ten were:
Municipal Waste - The Art of Partying (pretty much start all gym sessions with this so this makes sense) Turnstile - Real Thing Angel Du$t - Toxic Boombox Sheer Mag - Need To Feel Your Love Power Trip - Soul Sacrifice Code Orange - Forever cupcakKe - Duck Duck Goose Rae Sremmurd - Powerglide Priests - Jj High on Fire - Electric Messiah

Mine are predictable and fun. The first song I listened to this year is apparently Slip Away by Perfume Genius, though I'm pretty sure I listened to that Jeff Rosenstock album on new year's day but whatever.
Just around 23,500 minutes listened to which also seems low, but I also used itunes and other streaming sources a lot this year.
Top Artists: The National, Father John Misty, Radiohead, Vampire Weekend, Grateful Dead.
Top Songs: Apartment Story, In Undertow, Start a War, Unbelievers, Mistaken For Strangers. Surprised by these because the only song on there I felt like I listened to a lot was In Undertow and I almost certainly listened to Hannah Hunt more often than Unbelievers.
Top Genres: Indie, Rock, Pop, Roots
I do love the new feature where they give you a playlist of 100 songs that you haven't heard that you would probably like. I don't remember that being available last year.

Tastemakers has been around for awhile -- I know there was a year that Spotify skipped doing YiR.

I'm assuming this doesn't count when you listened to albums downloaded on your phone? I'm almost certain it doesn't since my numbers are skewed away from those

I'm assuming this doesn't count when you listened to albums downloaded on your phone? I download literally everything I listen to so I think it has to count it...

Additional stats for me
63261 minutes of listening, with 29 hrs of that devoted to Janelle Monae.
and I listened to more non-mainstream music than 80% of the average Spotify user.
1st song of 2018 was Fleet Foxes "Sun It Rises"
And somehow the first new artist I listened to was Scallops Hotel.
oldest song was by Baby Dodds "Spooky Drums No.1" which I guarantee was on one of those deerhunter sunday night playlists.
I like Gemini's too b/c I listened to a lot of Kendrick and Kanye.

I listen to "non-mainstream" artists 114% more than the average listener! I'm definitely curious which one of us tops this stat here, I didn't think my 95% would cut it.

I'm surprised metal wasn't in the top genres, though I suppose that might fall under 'rock'. Also I'm pretty sure Laurie Anderson/Kronos Quartet are only on there cuz the album was long. I don't think I listened to it more than 3-4x.

Anybody know if these will update again before the end of the year? I still have tons of stuff to listen through in the next few weeks.
