Yeah she was too. I think she left before The Suburbs but still records and/or tours with them? I dunno

Thank you so much for compiling, I know what a thankless job tabulation of this nature is. Like Tweet said, this is exactly the sort of list you'd expect from folks like us, but it's still very cool to see, especially all the things that I can choose to take credit for making it on the tail end. And, I suppose, I should maybe listen to some of the things I've never checked out on here before, like -checks notes- J Dilla, I guess.

I'm kind of surprised at no. 1. I thought the boards collective opinion on Everything Now had potentially soured their view on the band's entire catalog. I assumed Boxer would take the top spot honestly.

You made me curious: It was on a lot of lists, but it looks like Funeral received two 1st place, two 2nd place, and one 3rd place vote, while Boxer only had one 1st, and two 2nds, which yeah, is really surprising. I doubt any other albums did as well across the top five list spots or so.

Worst Year for the Board Dot: 2002 (probably still on dial up) Best Year For the Board Dot: 2008 (Obama encouraged us to diversify) 2002 had my second-highest total and 2008 was my lowest. 35 of my 100 made the top 200. i guess that seems right. thanks for putting this together. it was fun to read through. |
