Do the Bears have to take on his contract? On a good contract Foles is worth a 4th, on his current one he's almost a negative asset.

It's possible (and I'm hoping) Jax is paying down some of his deal.

Even if they don't, it's not that horrible of a deal. Either they make the playoffs and then have Foles for 2 years, 40 mil afterwards. Or they miss and Pace/Nagy are fired and everything is blown up anyway.

"The move means the Jaguars will have to absorb $18.75 million in dead money in 2020, so in the past two seasons the Jaguars will have paid $35.25 million in dead money for quarterbacks that were not on their roster."
Don't know what this means in terms of money the Bears take on.

He's restructuring his deal as part of the trade.

So, should we have high expectations next season with Foles/Graham?

So, should we have high expectations next season with Foles/Graham? You should have no expectations because it's the Chicago Bears

I've seen lots of numbers flying around online but people seem to be saying dead cap space for the Rams is $20M. The Rams are setup for disaster the next few years with some very expensive contracts and no draft picks...

In terms of closer to NYC than LA? Yes. is indianapolis on the east coast? I wouldn't say that. But, according the the WaPo: Tom Brady is set to sign with the Tampa Bay. Brady apparently wanted to keep his family on the East Coast

Rumours around that ESPN is thinking about taking Herbie and Fowler to Monday Night Football. Of course that is an insane idea and will destroy College Football Saturday for them...so watch them do it.

I've been binging mock drafts this week to get ready for Thursday. Usually this is the biggest day of the year for me, a Browns fan, but this year it may be the only major US sporting "event" for like 6 months...

So Gronk basically retired for a year in order to not play for the Lions lol

I want to watch the draft but I'm really bummed out and annoyed today so seeing Goodell in his goofy basement is probably going to make me more angry. Hearing Goodell talk is always annoying.
But there's also nothing else to do.
So I'm at a bit of a crossroads.

Hoping that the Bears take a QB with one of their second round picks. Just for the takes.

I’ll be watching. Curious to see how the Lions screw up with the third pick.

CeeDee Lamb will have a better fantasy year (if they play (and they will)) than Amari Cooper. You heard it here first
