Is that even legal to not give refunds? I always figured "non-refundable" had more to do with the buying party not being able to do the refund, not that it absolved the seller from even having to perform the service paid for

on it's face, non-refundable means non-refundable. the owners can skate on this.

Eventbrite has already started refunding. They didn't word the announcement well but it seems much ado about nothing

It's fine? Not sure the midwest needed another mid festival lineup, but I hope it succeeds cuz it'd be like an hour from my Dad's place. Also lmao at booking the dudes from the Naked Brothers Band at the bottom of day 2. Someone other than the Killers might've had me considering that first day.

Never thought I’d see Wu Tang again. Now that I actually had plans to it’s nice to know they never change. Oh well. Santigold will probably be a better show anyway.
