Does that billing imply that the current lineup of The Fray does not have Isaac Slade?

Apparently he’s been out of the lineup for a bit.

I checked the trademark just to see if it had been sold/transferred or anything, and it hasn’t. It doesn’t officially lapse until 2027 if it hasn’t been used again by then. I really think they are having trouble finding a hotel to host them. So… if I’m understanding you both correctly, we have three years to find a venue, claim the trademark, and relaunch this festival as a Board Dot Production?

Fuck this is real good This undercard kind of rules? Glassjaw, Flaming Lips, Mastodon, Refused, Underoath, The Hives and Kittle? That would be super fun. I really don't give a fart about Metallica or fake Linkin Park.

Really funny that TWOD, Future Islands, Real Estate, and Wild Nothing are all on there. Makes me think those were booked before they decided to rebrand it.

my brother-in-law has been to every hangout fest. as the music lineup has veered further and further from what i consider good, i've asked him if he still likes it as much. at this point, music is secondary for him. it's just a long weekend to hang out with his college friends. i don't think this new direction for that fest will change his mind about going.

Too many black people on that lineup for Morgan Wallen to have curated it

i obviously don't like him at all, but i do think its interesting/cool when festivals lock down a stadium sellout as a headliner. him aside, i could probably find a good day at that fest. you could do a lot worse.

with this location, i think i could maybe enjoy some of hangout fest. [the beach] visually i agree, it looks very appealing and the sound / aesthetic of the ocean seems like it'd make for a festival experience i'd like to try that being said, i also think walking around on sand for several days would get exhausting.

The Cult is now Death Cult? i think they've done some shows in the last year or two under death cult and only played early material.
