The undercards of Friday and Saturday are ok, not great but just ok, but the top lines are just not good, the only act I even mildly care about is Stevie and I guess I'd see Tool is in this context but I'm not much of a fan. And Sunday is just actively really bad |

Schedule out.
Honestly I could have a lot of fun with this fest even if the lineup still is disappointing. The schedule actually makes me feel better about it. Paul Cauthen into a 90 minute Turnpike Troubadours set would be the most fun Thursday this fest has had, and I could make decent days out of Friday and Saturday. Sunday is still weak but scheduled alright
Man these big fests are giving my boy Billy a roof go of it, leading into Tool here and Metallica at Lolla

It sounds like there was some new logistical issues this year that hopefully get fixed, but reading some (mostly very positive) reviews from this fest makes me really hope they book a solid line-up next year because i genuinely have an urge to go back. The two years I went (14 and 15) were two of the most fun fest experiences I've had, even though this fest is a lot

Apparently bonnaroo was doing the whole clear backpack thing which is a good indication of a fest that deserves to fail takes place here now.

Franz definitely have fallen off popularity wise. They were downgraded from Riv to Vic last summer.
