As part of my campaign for the work thread, I formally request dij22 finally share the end of his student's story about the homeless guy's involvement with 9/11 Oh shit sorry. Here's a summary (SPOILER ALERT) - The guy steals a book, a key, and an apple from a hut in the woods. This angers the witch who lives in the hut. She says "You will regret this!" as the guy runs away
- The book has a note saying "do not open this unless you can handle the Power of Knowledge. He uses the key to open the book anyway.
- He wakes up the next morning and knows EVERYTHING. What's at Area 51, every digit in pi, what's going to happen tomorrow. He blacks out from the information overload and wakes up in a white room, strapped to a chair, surrounded by scientists.
- He warns the scientists that if they don't let them go, something terrible will happen. Sure enough, the planes soon hit the twin towers.
- "One of them said to me "you knew you knew this was going to happen, didn’t you? You knew this whole time!" I looked at them with a big smile and sat there. They were all so surprised, but I was happy because I knew EVERYTHING"
