It's time for the one and only BRACKETPALOOZA.
Here are some notes for those of you unfamiliar with or wanting a refresher on how things work.
*There are 68 acts: 60 in the main draw; 8 placed into 4 play-in games the determine the four #16 seeds.
Seeding is based on poster positioning.
*The #1 seeds are Ariana Grande, Childish Gambino, Twenty One Pilots and The Strokes.
*The regions are:
GOD IS A WOMAN (Ari)
GODSPEED (Childish)
GOD AWFUL (21P)
GOD COMPLEX (Strokes)
The God is a Woman winner faces the God Complex winner in the Final 4. The Godspeed and God Awful winners clash in the other Final 4 game.
HOUSEKEEPING
Voting will begin on Monday, March 2; voting will occur daily Mon-Fri; no polls on Sat, Sun
Polls will be active for 24 hours
Tie goes to the better seed (i.e. a tie between 1 and 16 goes to 1, etc...)
Ties in the Final Four go to a tiebreaker
MISCELLANEOUS
Vote for whomever you want, for whatever reason you want. Choices aren't restricted to how the act performed at Lolla.
The winner captures the super prestigious Electric Boogaloo Memorial Trophy.
