Just to understand here, even if E and I play under different profiles on the same switch, it’s all on the same island right? As in she has already picked the name etc?

There's like a ticket thing you can get with miles (only after you pay off the initial debt) that sounds like it's for visiting other islands that might work, though I haven't got it yet. But when you go in the airport they say it'll open the next day so i don't know I've been so tempted to move my Switch clock forward but I'm trying to stay patient |

I forgot to clear out my inventory before traveling to another island and that was not great. Super fun game so far. I'll share my friend code once I find out where the hell it is.

Which one of you is Travis? How the hell do you have so much stuff already? Did you get the game early? That is me and I have already put in an embarassingly large amount of time into this game. I got it yesterday morning
BTW to get the pole vault (very minor spoiler here its not deep in at all)
donate a couple different species of fish and bugs to Tom Nook, enough to get the Museum Curator to come. He'll show up the next (actual) day and give you a DIY recipe for the pole vault so you can hop over the river. And a shovel recipe. |

Also if you download the Switch App, and next time you are on the title screen and hit the "-" button, and setup your Nooklink settings it allows you to send in game messages and voice chat and a few other things through the app. It's pretty useful. Just figured that out
