It comes down to this... Who will become Queen of the Lollapalooza castle? We'll know in 48 hours.
Janelle Monae romped her way into the Final 4, but needed a tiebreaker to defeat The Strokes.
Kacey Musgraves also cruised into the Final 4, but had a surprisingly close battle with Mitski.
The winner captures the Electric Boogaloo Memorial Trophy.

Love both, Kacey at the metro was an all timer and so was Janelle at the fest. Voted for Janelle because I remember hearing The Archandroid for the first time and having my whole perspective on pop and pop adjacent music changed

I think Janelle vs Strokes should've been the championship but I'm not upset about that.
Kacey is a good live act with an amazing recent album. Janelle is an unreal live act with lots of great music

I love both of them dearly, there is not a wrong answer. I listen to Kacey way more in my day to day and I think I like her records better, but Janelle is a better live performer, although I haven't seen Kacey since she released Golden Hour.
I've seen Janelle 4 times, once on the Archandroid tour, once Electric Lady, and once on Dirty Computer and I think she somehow got better every time. I saw Kacey twice (both fests) touring Dime Store Cowgirl and it was delightful still though.
this is a really hard one
