Pippen-focused episode was great. Can’t wait for them to get into Rodman (assuming they use next week’s Detroit episode to segue into his story). Dudes who came from literally nothing.
The video of Jordan scoring 63 against Boston set over LL Cool J was just awesome.
Roy Williams saying that “Jordan was the only person who could turn it on and off...and he never freakin turned it off” was the MVP of the night.

They covered a lot of good early Rodman stuff on his 30 for 30 (which was excellent) so I'm hoping that for this doc they dive into the 97-98 specific wackiness and interview Hogan and DDP. An Eric Bischoff sighting would really push it over the top.

It would be like if this past year during the finals Kahwi Leonard and Randy Orton teamed up against Kevin Durant and Edge. And they had a match that same month. |

One of the continually sad things of this lockdown is that there is nothing else going on in the world of sports so all of the ESPN talk shows have to dissect each episode like its topical breaking news. I often leave ESPN on in the background just out of habit and I feel like The Last Dance is giving Steven A Smith purpose and direction in this uneven time.

Made it through episode 5 last night. Not gonna spoil anything but I’ll just say this thing is so good and doesn’t lose steam. Will definitely watch the other three that leaked today.
