So I finally went and bought an Oreo Egg (along with some Cadbury Creme Eggs because 'tis the season and all) during a trip to the drug store.  I ate it. And now I'm going to go back to the store tomorrow and buy more. And then after Easter, I might have to clean them up off the shelves during the sales. |

After more than 30 seconds in milk, it all goes completely bland and flavorless, like to the point where I was worrying if I suddenly got COVID and lost my sense of taste. Powered through it, and somehow there was a lingering aftertaste after I was done. I do not understand. |

I watched a video last night of a guy wrapping the Lady Gaga oreos in bacon, covering them in a sweet and savory bbq rub and then smoking them for an hour over some hickory..... definitely "not going to try that" sometime soon.

The strawberry ones are actually pretty good, and the flavor isn't gone within 30 seconds. Those I have no problem with. |

Planters cashews halves and pieces lightly salted: the classic, the eternal best. Basically my breakfast every day now
Blue diamond thai chili almonds: pretty good, a little touch of sweet heat in the midst of the savory. Probably too expensive to rationalize as a recurring nut purchase
Trader Joe’s Thai Lime and Chili Almonds: completely different flavor profile from the other Thai chili almonds. A little bit more heat, a little bit more acidic, and I touched a small piece of chili I will inevitably lodge in my eye later today, but they are nice
