Yesterday was the 7th anniversary of the time I did something really stupid. I've reframed that night since then as "the night I learned I cared about myself". That's a silly thing to say, but if you know you know.
Anyway the morning after all of that, after the very nice officer came back when he said he would and I slept for roughly an hour, I watched the above video once, then went to rehearsal and "let it all out" to my director at the time, who told me I was sick, that people cared about me, and needed to go home and sleep. I recognized 2 things for the first time that day. I played the above video for what felt like hours when I got home before I did the third thing.
If Jools Holland's show was on Hulu I'd watch it
