that is 2 names out of like 100 Ya I know, just saying those are the two main acts besides Foos that would move tickets for the olds Eh, anyone who's hyped for Foos and Bizkit is going to be just as hyped for Jimmy Eat World and Angels & Airwaves, and then at some point they'll check out Black Pistol Fire or White Reaper and be briefly convinced that rock isn't dead after all |

It's really sad to see this compared to Riot Fest. Riot Fest pulls everyone who wanted/did go to Lolla between 2006 and 2013 nowadays I mean, it pulls the crowd who went to Lolla in the 90s; it's basically the spirit of the 90s Lollapalooza. I don't know what Lollapalooza is anymore. |

For the olds: Foo Fighters, Jimmy Eat World, Band of Horses, Modest Mouse, Journey, All Time Low (okay, so, younger olds...), Brittany Howard, Angels & Airwaves, Limp Bizkit (kinda think this is it's own lane).
Acts like Young The Giant, Whitney, Orville Peck, The Front Bottoms, Dermot Kennedy, White Reaper, and Black Pistol Fire all have sounds that would probably resonate too. And that's just at first glance.

Alright, after looking through this a bit more, it's clearly just the headliners that are killing this for me. It's a much deeper Lolla than usual in every other regard. Miley has to be a South headliner right? No way she's up against the Foos? If that's the case, I can at least eek Foos - Miley - Journey out of this and reserve the 4th night for after shows or some Grove shit. On first glance I think the headliner matchups will be Post vs Journey Foos vs one of the edm headliner Miley vs Da Baby Tyler vs the other edm headliner |

This lineup is not for me and I won't be buying a 4 day, but if the schedule shakes out right I would consider going for a day, we'll see.

Anyone know how easy it is to resell these through the official Lolla resale thing or otherwise? Considering just getting the 4-day and selling if it turns out most of what I wanna see is on the same day.

Fair amount of overlap with BottleRock on the rock/guitar front, which I am already committed to.

They played Lolla 2019 and had a new album come out. Not sure the point of bringing them back and sticking them at the bandshell in the middle of the afternoon again. |
