Congrats guys.
Your optimism is inspirational.
I doubt sincerely doubt that Lolla 2021 has even a prayer of happening.
Even with a vaccine, given the logistics of wide distribution, Lolla 2022 would be miracle (at this point).
Next Summer (at this time) we will still be wearing masks and Summer 2021 is already looking like another washout.
That said, keep the faith guys.

Do you have a source for this, like somebody in the industry said it? Because I think there are ways for festivals to happen this year (August for Lolla is probably a little early, but I can see later in the Fall). I assume it would include proving a full vaccination to COVID for any attendee among other control methods, and maybe crowds are restricted, but I haven't 100% given up on festivals this year.
I'm sure not every fest that has survived will return this year, and maybe Lolla is one of them that waits until 2022, but I can see ways for some of them to go ahead, especially if this Johnson & Johnson vaccine is approved soon.

I had a dream last night that my wife, daughter, and I were at Lolla 2021. I had no idea who was on the line up (or the schedule) except that my daughter went to see Bitch (if anyone has ever heard of her) on a side stage and my wife and I were waiting to see Ben Folds on the Bud Light stage.
