Honestly pretty glad Dallas didn't make this trade. That's a very big haul and dude still has to get paid

Yeah I'm still not sure how good Adams actually is (because Jets) but Seattle seems like a perfect landing spot. However this goofy season eventually happens you gotta figure they're up there with the favorites this year

6 Patriots have opted out as well. Unless the NFL reverses course and moves to a bubble format I honestly don't think they have any chance of getting through the season, if they're even able to start.

It's absolutely crazy that the NFL and NFLPA thought they could have a season without a bubble.

Think*. They are still proceeding under the assumption they will play without a bubble, and even issued a statement doubling down on this notion.

Jerry Jones just continues to find new ways to be even more of a piece of shit.

The worst part is literally no one who theoretically has any power to do so is going to stop him.

Totally ok with talking to mostly myself in this thread as I do in all threads
We're drafting on the Friday of Labor Day weekend (over Zoom or whatever). Anyone still doing anything like that? I miss DoSo, he'd talk about footbaw shit

My league drafts the Sunday before labor day every year, and while that won't be changing, we are also moving to a Zoom format.
I'm the commissioner of my league and I'm really nervous that there's going to be game cancellations or postponements that disrupt fantasy in a major way, and I'm going to have to make tough decisions on how to handle it. I really hope ESPN steps up and creates rules for whenever that inevitably happens.

My league just set our Zoom Draft date for next Wednesday. The game cancelation thing is gonna be a mess - I wonder how to best avoid it? Maybe making sure to not load up on a multiple skill players from the same team?

Yeah it would’ve really sucked that one of 2 1/2 worthwhile bears players on offense would’ve been out this early but it seems to be a relatively minor thing

That relationship had long since soured. Someone will give him another shot, a change of scenery might be just what he needs.

Jags boldly rolling with the question- “what if we had less good players” Especially weird since Gardner Minshew looks like he could be pretty good - and now they're basically punting on his potential by gutting the supporting cast. Would be funny if he drags them to just enough wins to miss out on Trevor Lawrence.

I just read that, since 2016, there’s only 2 top-5 picks that aren’t with the team that drafted them: Jalen Ramsey and Leonard Fournette

Saints are open to trading Kamara because they too could use less good players
