All Sox fans on Twitter expecting the team to move in as soon as the Bears vacate.

I remember when the White Sox were supposed to move to Addison to a spot right off of Lake Street and then went back to the city when they were offered the world. Not sure if this is the same, but it has the same vibes.

The big difference, to me, is that the Bears are literally (I think) the only team in the NFL that doesn’t own their stadium.

The Chargers are renters too. But they don't actually need to be a team, so it's all good you forgot.

Justin Fields got good as soon as we stopped watching the game so I guess I'll never watch him again since that's how it goes.

Really glad I found a streaming site for NFL games that won't crash my computer as it appears that won't be televised here.

On the flip side, Nagy has reiterated that Dalton is the starter when he’s healthy

I mean if Fields goes off I'm sure he'll be all forgetful about saying that.

Or maybe he'll personally take a club to Dalton's knee so he can still claim injury as an excuse.

This is the first time in bears history we’ve been excited about the bears having a QB who might be slightly un-prepared to football.
At the same time, ARob dropped one in the end zone and Andy dalton is bad.

I hope they don’t take Matt Nagy with them

This would be the best decision they have made in decades. Bears have a bottom 5 stadium in the NFL with one of the strongest fan bases. Their hands are tied at Soldier Field.

Moving to Arlington Heights makes attending games extremely difficult for anyone coming from the city or south suburbs. Does Arlington Heights have the infrastructure in place for a 70k+ stadium?

Metra is right there as well as access to major E-W and N-S highways. Plenty of space to build up parking and access points, and I'm sure improving the existing train station will probably be an aspect of all of this. I think it's probably better from a resource perspective than an isolated stadium on the lakefront.

My brother floated an idea that I thought was kind of interesting - Bears and White Sox essentially swap locations and the Bears could build a stadium/hotel/casino on the site of Sox Park. He has some friends that work with the city that referenced this was something that was actually brought up at some point but the Sox nixed it.
